## Le président sud-africain, [Cyril Ramaphosa](https://www.ivoiresoir.net/?ref=yeclo.com), a été testé positif au Covid-19 ce 12 décembre 2021 et placé en isolement.

« Le président [Cyril Ramaphosa](https://www.ivoiresoir.net/?ref=yeclo.com) reçoit un traitement pour des symptômes légers du Covid-19 après avoir été testé positif au virus aujourd'hui », a précisé la présidence. Le nouveau variant Omicron a été détecté le mois dernier en Afrique du Sud, pays africain officiellement le plus touché par la pandémie.
