# Frontière Burkina-Bénin : la France tue 40 terroristes

## La force antiterroriste française Barkhane a annoncé le samedi 12 février 2022, avoir tué 40 terroristes près de la frontière Burkina-Bénin.

Barkhane affirme également avoir détruit une quinzaine de motos et un pick-up appartenant aux terroristes.

L'armée française soutient que ces opérations se sont déroulées « en accord et en coordination permanente avec les autorités burkinabè. »

Une dizaine de terroristes et malencontreusement quatre civils, ont péri dans la nuit du 7 au 8 février 2022 à une cinquantaine de km de Ouahigouya dans le Nord du [Burkina Faso](https://www.yeclo.com/tag/burkina-faso/), dans une opération de Barkhane, selon un précédent communiqué.
