# Affaire Gbagbo : voici les liens où suivre la décision de la CPI le 31 mars 2021

## Le 31 mars 2021 à 15h00, la CPI rendra son arrêt sur l'appel du Procureur dans l'affaire Gbagbo: les liens où suivre la décision.

Cet arrêt sera lu en public par la Chambre d'appel composée du juge Chile Eboe-Osuji, juge président dans cet appel, du juge Howard Morrison, du juge Piotr Hofmański, de la juge Luz del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza et de la juge Solomy Balungi Bossa. En raison des restrictions liées au COVID-19, l'arrêt sera rendu sur une base partiellement virtuelle, avec la participation soit depuis le siège de la Cour soit en dehors de la Cour.

Le 15 janvier 2019, la Chambre de première instance I a acquitté M. [Laurent Gbagbo](https://www.yeclo.com/tag/laurent-gbagbo/) et M. Charles [Blé Goudé](https://www.yeclo.com/tag/ble-goude/) de toutes les charges de crimes contre l'humanité prétendument perpétrés en Côte d'Ivoire en 2010 et 2011\. Le 16 septembre 2019, le Procureur a déposé un appel contre cette décision.
