## Anciennement préfet du département de Kouto, Kouamé Bi Kalou Clément, a été nommé préfet dela région du Hambol.

Kouame Bi Kalou Clément a assumé la fonction de préfet du département de Kouto de novembre 2012 au 6 janvier 2021, date de sa nouvelle nomination.
