## La Cour Africaine des Droits de l'Homme et des Peuples annule la condamnation prononcée contre Guillaume Kigbafori SORO et le déclare éligible à l'élection présidentielle.

*DANS UNE ORDONNANCE PUBLI2E CE MARDI 15 SEPTEMBRE, LA [CADHP](https://www.yeclo.com/tag/cadhp/)* ORDONNE À LA CÔTE D'IVOIRE DE :

– SURSOIR À L'EXÉCUTION DE TOUS LES ACTES PRIS À L'ENCONTRE DE [GUILLAUME SORO](https://www.yeclo.com/tag/guillaume-soro/) ;

– PRENDRE TOUTES LES MESURES NÉCESSAIRES EN VUE DE LEVER IMMÉDIATEMENT TOUS LES OBSTACLES L'EMPÊCHANT DE JOUIR DE SES DROITS D'ÉLIRE OU D'ÊTRE ÉLU NOTAMMENT LORS DE L'ÉLECTION PRÉSIDENTIELLE D'OCTOBRE 2020 ;

– FAIRE UN RAPPORT À LA COUR SUR LA MISE EN ŒUVRE DES MESURES PROVISOIRES ORDONNÉES DANS LA PRÉSENTE DÉCISION DANS UN DÉLAI DE 15 JOURS, À COMPTER DE LA DATE DE SA RÉCEPTION.
